Here's what to expect once you place an order with Randobuy.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in around 2 weeks (approximately 10–15 business days) after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update.
Multiple packages
Orders with several items may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact support@randobuy.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
