Refund Policy

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items

Personalized or custom items, gift cards, final-sale items and personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email support@randobuy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
